“34 years old Mrs. Ukamaka Okeke of Umuaru kindred Umuzocha Awka was involved in a gunpowder fire accident few days ago in her abode. She ekes out a living as a ‘canon gun shooter’ during festivities and burials.
She has been celebrated far and wide for engaging in a profession hitherto restricted as men’s only.
Sadly, as a result of this accident, she requires a lifeline to proceed to a specialist Hospital in Enugu to treat her burns.”
